Cisco Meraki support
Network Weather can identify Cisco Meraki devices on your network. Integration level: Detection only.
What you'll see
Meraki is a cloud-managed networking platform used mainly in offices and schools. Network Weather can automatically show you:
- The device model
- Basic connection information
That's the extent of what's available locally. Meraki keeps most of its data in its cloud dashboard, which requires admin access that's typically controlled by your IT department.
What problems can be detected
- Network Weather can confirm which Meraki model you're connected to, which is helpful for troubleshooting with your IT team
Tested on
- MR36
Good to know
- You're probably on a managed network. If you're seeing a Meraki device in Network Weather, you're likely at an office, school, or other managed environment. The local data gives you a basic picture of the access point you're connected to.
- Full dashboard integration isn't available yet. Deeper Meraki data requires organization-level credentials, which are controlled by network administrators. This is on the roadmap.
